- Art. 15 – Right of access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, if so, obtain access the personal data and the information being processed - Art. 16 – Right of rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of any incorrect personal data concerning him/her without undue delay. With regard to the processing purposes, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of any incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration. - Art. 17 – Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay and it is mandatory for the Data Controller to erase the personal data without undue delay. - Art. 18 – Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to erasure of the personal data and instead requests restriction of its use;
- the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the processing purposes, but it is required by the data subject to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
- the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to article 21(1), pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override those of the data subject.
- Art. 20 the right to Data portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he or she has provided to a Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to which it was provided.
In exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, the data subject has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one Data Controller to another, where technically feasible. - Art. 21 – Right of objection
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of such provisions. - Art. 22 – Right not to be subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him/her or similarly significantly affects him/her.
Withdrawal of consent to processing
You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
